Kari Mueller, PE, LEED AP, the President of Energy Consulting Engineers, has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington class of 2000. Prior to moving into Energy Engineering in 2010, Kari worked at private engineering firms, Kennedy Jenks, and public sector agencies (US Department of the Interior and Seattle Public Utilities). Kari was previously employed by the 8th largest CPA firm and has administered over 1,000 179D Tax Deduction studies. She is licensed in 49 states (California pending), an experienced eQUEST energy modeler and a LEED Accredited Professional. She has over 16 years of Construction Management, Civil Engineering and Energy Engineering experience.
